Good looks run in the family: Jennifer Lopez shares the red carpet with little sister Lynda

Living on different coasts, Jennifer Lopez and her sister Lynda don't get to spend much time together.
So when J.Lo and husband Marc Anthony returned to her native New York to attend a charity event, the singer decided to make the evening a family affair.
Showing good looks run in the family, the American Idol judge and her equally glamorous sister made a stylish duo on the red carpet.

Jennifer, 41, and Lynda, 39, made an impact in their different ensembles as they arrived at the Samsung Hope for Children Gala at the Wall Street branch of Cipriani.
While Jennifer wore a figure-hugging red Temperley London dress, her sister dazzled in a gold T-shirt dress.

Joining the sisters was Jennifer's singer husband Anthony, 41, who looked smart in a black suit.
Missing out on the evening was their older sister Leslie, 44, a former opera singer.

The trio were attending a fundraiser for the children's charity alongside a host of stars, including Demi Moore, Kevin Jonas, Padma Lakshmi, Debbie Gibson, Estelle, and Selita Ebanks.
While Jennifer is an international star, Lynda is a respected news journalist in their native New York.
After graduating with a degree in broadcasting and communications from Long Island University, Lynda established a career presenting radio and TV shows across New York.
Before her older sister Jennifer even found fame, Lynda was named as a notable personality in the Who's Who Among American Hispanics list in 1993.

While Jennifer is yet to win a Grammy or Oscar in her career fields, Lynda has already managed to win an Emmy 10 years ago for Outstanding News Programme.
Although their paths rarely cross professionally, Lynda's new job as entertainment contributor for the Fox 5 channel in New York meant she got to interview her big sister.
Upon joining Fox last month, one of Lynda's main roles was to cover American Idol - so she got the chance to interview her sister.
Having always been close, the two sisters would have bonded even further when they became first time mothers in the same year.
Jennifer gave birth to twins Max and Emme in February 2008, while Lynda and her boyfriend Adam Goldfried welcomed a daughter Lucie in August that year.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga was also sharing the, well purple carpet, with her little sister earlier this week.
The singer's sibling Natali Germanotta, 18, joined her at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York on Monday night.
