Does your boyfriend know you're still married Peaches? Two years after their split Max Drummey files for divorce from Miss Geldof

Peaches Geldof's boyfriend Thomas Cohen is clearly not the jealous type.
First his famous girlfriend spends time with her ex Eli Roth (and tweets about it), and now it has emerged that she is still married.
Peaches' husband Max Drummey has finally filed for divorce in Los Angeles - more than two years after announcing their split in February 2009.

Drummey cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split in papers filed at LA County Superior Court on Monday, TMZ claim.
The couple married in August 2008 just ten days after meeting.

Peaches, then 19, eloped to Vegas and married the American musician after dumping her previous boyfriend Faris Badwin of band The Horrors to embark on a whirlwind romance with her new beau.
But cracks appeared early on in the relationship and it was reported in November 2008 that Peaches, who was trying to forge a career as a writer in America at the time, had told Drummey after a series of rows that the relationship was over.

In February the following year they confirmed their split in a joint statement. It read: ‘After much soul searching we have made the mutual decision to end our marriage and have agreed to go our separate ways.
‘Our parting is amicable and both of us still respect and care about each other immensely. There were no other people involved in this decision and we both look forward to a future as good friends.’
Peaches had hinted that she didn't think she would end up with Max in a previous interview. She said: 'I didn't go into it with Max thinking, "This is going to last forever".

'But I did go into it thinking, "I love him right now and I know that I will continue to love him for a long while".'
Further, Max admitted in June 2009 that the whole romance was a publicity stunt. He said: 'It was totally a publicity stunt. 100 per cent. I have her [Peaches] on retainer.
'Not as my PR, as my friend. On my personal payroll. She's my friend for money. She also orchestrates publicity stunts for me.'
So why did it take so long for the pair to get around to filing for divorce?
A spokesperson for Geldof was unavailable to comment today.

Peaches is currently in Los Angeles, where she has been spending time with another ex, Eli Roth.
The former couple split late last year but are clearly still close - he collected the socialite and TV presenter from LAX airport last week and they spent Passover together.
How her current squeeze Thomas Cohen feels about all this is unknown, but the S.C.U.M rocker has made it clear over Twitter that he is missing his girl.
He wrote to Peaches yesterday: 'I love you even more in hollywool (sic) my sweet little lamb.'
