As a multi-millonairess country singer, Miranda Lambert she could have had the most top of the range wedding outfit that money could buy.
But rather than go in for an expensive made-to-measure designer gown, the star opted for tradition and rather sweetly wore her mother's wedding dress for her May 14 nuptials to Blake Shelton, 34, her beau of five years.
The 27-year-old's mother exchanged her vows in the exact same simple ivory wedding gown more than 30 years earlier - and today Miranda has revealed the gown in question for all the world to see.

She told this week's issue of U.S. magazine Us Weekly: 'My parents have been married for 33 years, so this dress is already a good-luck charm.'
The star kept things equally simple with her footwear - wearing cowboy boots underneath.
Miranda's now husband Blake explained that he was totally blown away by how stunning she looked as she arrived at the altar.
He said: 'I couldn't get over how beautiful she was.'
The down-to-earth-couple then headed off on a fishing trip in Oklahoma following their ceremony in Texas last weekend.
Miranda posted up a picture of herself holding her large catch on her Twitter yesterday, accompanied by the caption 'Honeymoon bliss!'

While most women might find the idea of fishing all day as their ultimate nightmare, the Lone star singer beamed proudly in the photo with her haul.
With her hair in pigtails, she wore striped overalls, a pink bikini and a cap that said it all, with the words 'Farm Girl' emblazoned across it.
The trip however, is not apparently the newlywed's official honeymoon.
According to Us magazine, the couple are just spending some time at their Tishomingo, Oklahoma home following the nuptials.
Miranda appears to be settling into married life nicely, taking to Twitter to give her fans updates.
