Karate Kid star Ralph Maccio was given the chop from Dancing With The Stars, last night.
The 49-year-old and his partner Karina Smirnoff, 33, were the fourth last couple to be voted off the reality TV contest, missing out narrowly from the finals next week.
Their elimination comes after one of their performances was shrouded in controversy the night before, when judge Bruno Tolioni made vulgar comments about Karina's dance moves. Macchio and Karina had the lowest points after Monday night's performances but had hoped to be saved by the viewer vote.
But it wasn't to be for the comeback kid, who had previously found himself on the bottom of the leaderboard, only to be saved by his fans.
Kirstie Alley and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy were nervous as they went up against the pair but managed to pull through.

The viewers votes secured American Football star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson, who nearly missed out on performing after Kym had a dangerous accident in rehearsals earlier in the week injuring her neck and being rushed to hospital.
And Disney star Chelsea Kane and partner Mark Ballas were certainly safe after scoring a perfect score of 30, the night before.
All three couples will compete in next week's final with each performing three dances. Ralph said in last night's show that he was confused by the judges reactions to he and Karina's performance the night before.
'I was confused by the judges last night,' he told host Brooke Burke.
What he was partly referring to was Tonioli's vulgar comments about his partner's sexy salsa moves.
Tonioli caused outrage after making the uncouth comments live on U.S television.
Audience member's jaws dropped as the 55-year-old Italian choreographer let them rip, following Karate Kid star Ralph Macchio and Karina 's second dance of the night.
After displaying their moves in glamorous 70's outfits, nobody was prepared when Tonioli told Karina, 'she was being to rough with her p***y' in the sequence. Bruno started off by saying: 'You definitely went for a bad ass salsa are you wearing extra large diapers.'
'Your legs were too far apart - about a mile apart while you were dancing.
'And you were too rough with your p***y!'
As the audience gasped in horror, and the censors cut out the word, Bruno tried to explain himself.
'A pussycat, what is she? You have to be a little bit smoother,' he said. A clearly angry and embarrassed Karina said: 'Get a muzzle for him - classy, classy!'
Calming the storm was judge Carrie Ann Inaba who praised the routine.
'I'm going to move on without you Bruno. Ralph, I liked it. It's the most fun I've seen you have the whole time,' she said.
Len Goodman was the first to criticise the couple, but in a much more polite manner. 'For me it was all too wild. There was no rhythm. It was too harsh, in your face and too wild,' he said.
After his elimination last night, Ralph praised his fans for getting him through each week.
'The fans have driven us through every week,' Macchio said. 'It inspired me and I love that. I am overwhelmed. 'I did the show, thanks to Dancing With The Stars, thanks to my friends and family.'
Macchio also heaped praise on his partner.
'Karina you have inspired me in so many ways with your heart and your talent and class - and even more so as a human being,' he said. The final elimination night of the series featured performances from Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Nayer as well as two songs from rocker Stevie Nicks.
Stevie Nicks performed two songs: Her new single, 'Secret Love,' and the Fleetwood Mac classic 'Landslide.'
The three finalists will each perform two dances on Monday's episode. A new "Dancing" champ will be crowned on May 24.
