Rav Wilding today confirmed that he has broken up with girlfriend Chantelle Houghton following a furious and public row over the weekend.

Split: Rav Wilding has now confirmed he has broken up with Chantelle Houghton following a furious row during a picnic in London's Richmond Park at the weekend

Upset: The Celebrity Big Brother winner seems distressed as Rav goes to touch her during their argument 'It’'s so upsetting as I genuinely & truly loved Chantelle, but the publicity side isn'’t always reflective of the truth. All I ask is that you don’'t believe everything that'’s written, and thanks again to everyone who'’s been in touch – means a lot x' Chantelle was pictured in tears after Rav lost his temper with her during what was supposed to have been a romantic picnic in the park.
And yesterday, it looked like she had left the country - she was seen at Heathrow towing her suitcase behind her.
A representative for the reality TV star said that she had no comment on the split at this time. However, Chantelle tweeted this morning: 'Had an awful week thanks for all ur support x'
Chantelle, 27, and Rav, 33, who have been dating since October, had appeared the picture of contentment as they shared a bottle of champagne lounging on the grass. But the mood turned sour when Chantelle said something that evidently sent her boyfriend into a rage.

Get away: A sad-looking Chantelle was seen at Heathrow yesterday before she flew to a mystery destination
Rav got to his feet and began shouting as Chantelle dissolved in tears.

An on-looker told The People: ‘The two were having an almighty row. She looked absolutely shocked as he pointed at her and even grabbed her arm. He looked furious. He was shouting at her and jabbing his finger.’

It started so well: The pair hug and kiss at the beginning of their al fresco date in Richmond Park

Was it something she said? Rav's mood changes and he pulls away from a kiss
After Rav had finished shouting a distressed Chantelle got up and stormed back to her car. Rav followed her and the pair continued to argue as they stood next to her Audi TT.
The split comes only days after Chantelle revealed that she thought the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant was going to propose during a weekend break at a spa.

Finger of accusation: Rav makes his point as, back at the car, he continues to rage at Chantelle
She said: ‘I went really hot and my heart started beating and I couldn't speak - but he didn't (propose).'
Chantelle and Rav confirmed they were dating in December last year after meeting in October and have spoken about their relationship in several magazine interviews.

But Chantelle has admitted that Rav finds it hard that she has been married before.

Enough's enough: Reality TV star Chantelle, in a distressed state, picks up her bag and storms off

Miles apart: Rav hurries after Chantelle as the romantic picnic ends in recriminations

Talking about her relationship with Rav she said: ‘We have little rows - Rav finds it really hard that I've been married before.

Parting not the sweetest sorrow: The couple were still at odds as they got into the car to drive away

Cooling off: A drizzle begins to fall and quite literally puts the final dampener on the day out
'It doesn't anger me but I don't like someone wanting to change my past because I wouldn't change it for anything - I don't regret any of it.
'I don't think Rav wants to acknowledge it, but what went on between me and Preston is important,' she said.
